Refund & Return Policy
We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you are not completely happy with your order, please review our refund policy below.
Returns
We accept returns within 14 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible for a return:
- Items must be unused and in their original condition
- Items must be returned in original packaging
- Proof of purchase or order confirmation is required
We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.
Non-Refundable Items
The following items are not eligible for refunds or returns:
- Gift cards
- Final sale or clearance items
- Personalized or custom-made products
- Items damaged through normal wear or misuse
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the status of your refund.
If approved:
- Refunds will be issued to your original payment method
- Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear in your account depending on your bank or payment provider
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or incorrect.
If you received a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:
- Your order number
- Photos of the item and packaging
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
Shipping fees are non-refundable unless otherwise required by law.
Cancellations
Orders may only be cancelled within 12 hours of being placed. Once an order has been processed or shipped, it can no longer be cancelled.
